Crawler trowler is composed of grinding disc, swing arm and crawler. It is mainly used for slurry lifting, trowling and trowling of concrete surface. It is widely used in the construction of large-area floor of standard factory buildings, warehouses, parking lots, squares, frame buildings and other buildings.

 

Performance characteristics of crawler ground leveling robot:

Using intelligent remote control mode or automatic navigation mode, the control is simple and flexible, and a single person can complete the operation.

Through the electric drive walking, the intelligent remote control system is used to control the equipment forward and backward steering and traveling speed, which is convenient to move and flexible to transition.

The angle parameters of the grinding disc swing arm can be set, and the range of smoothing can be adjusted according to the field situation.

The self-weight of the smoothing machine is 270KG, which has better compaction effect on the ground. The rotation speed reaches 150 r/min kg, which makes smoothing and light receiving faster and has better effect. Low gear can make the grinding disc lift more powerful.

With human-computer interaction function, it can display the status information of the ground leveling machine through the touch screen on the intelligent remote control, and better realize remote control.

With data storage and wireless upload function, can realize the configuration parameters, fault information and software remote upgrade

 

Compared with traditional construction technology:

Using crawler type ground leveling robot, remote control operation, no need to enter the concrete, with easy operation, low labor intensity, good smoothing effect and other advantages. The construction situation is shown in Figure 4. During manual construction, the operation rotates at a high speed, and the workers need to spend a lot of effort to hold the machine. However, when using the crawler smoothing robot, only the remote control rocker is needed to complete the construction control of the robot, and the construction efficiency is 2~3 times of that of manual work.
